Ben Bruce’s #BuyNaijaToGrowTheNaira is trending on twitter now.
He is already supporting this campaign by buying cars made by Innoson for his staff and flying with Arik. He has also had a lot of supporters for this campaign both within Nigeria and outside including Michael Moszynski  who tweeted,

I'm flying Arik to help and I am not Nigerian but I love Well done @benmurraybruce

Ben Bruce made a lot of salient points and I do agree to a certain degree. It does not end with buying Naija but it starts with producing quality products that can easily be at par with the competition ‘foreign goods’. This can be done if the government supports the private and manufacturing sectors of Nigeria. I like the Innoson cars and the lovely clothes and leather shoes that are made in Aba.

Ben Bruce will be featured on Aljazeera later his week for his ‘Buy Naija to Grow The Naira’ campaign. What is your view on buying Naija to grow the naira?

Yes i am support that Nigerians should cultivate the attitude of buying Naija goods but it has to be quality products. The more this happen the better our country and economy will grow.It pains me to say that Nigeria has got a cream of intelligent people who can turn things around for better but end up in nothing for the simple fact that no one is being encouraged. If we produce quality products and buy them our economy will grow and there will be employment for our old and young graduates who are meandering or Gnashing their teeth looking for job for family survival.

  2. The recent dollar rates have opened the eyes of a lot Nigerians. Withe the right leader in place, Nigeria will be a great nation. Nigeria is going through a rebirth and soon a new and better country would evolve
