Taking
a leap of faith
Taking a leap of faith is letting go and trusting in God and yourself
that everything will pan out right.
I have taken lots of “leaps” (yes I have) in life and I must say, it was all worth it. So if you are still thinking of applying for that new job, furthering your education, going on that vacation, putting a ring on it, asking that bloke or lady that has the string cords to your heart beat out, buying a new car/house. Abeg wear your shoes and take that leap or better still don’t bother with the shoes.
It all makes it worthwhile when we take a step towards achieving
our goal. Life is too beautiful to sit around waiting. So this is your PUSH
take that leap.
I agree with you! I've had a desire to do a particular type of work that is completely different from my field of study. Taking the first step is the hardest but its the only way anything is going to happen.
ReplyDeleteThe first step is the decision stage, don't be afraid to explore. Taking that step will definitely be a turning point in your life, so Bornleader take that leap! and show life what a tough cookie you are.
DeleteExactly! One cannot sit at a place and expect change to happen. It all starts with a step.
ReplyDeleteWe can never discover how powerful we are until we leave our "comfortable zone". God has made all the provisions available,if we can stop being so afraid, then All things are possible.
ReplyDeleteChange is absolute challenging. I have just decided to let go and let God but trust me is not that easy but once you can, everything......as in everything falls in place
ReplyDeleteI am a huge believer in leaps of faith. There are many gifts and rewards that come from putting oneself in a calculated but scary position. Letting go is the hardest part but often brings the most bountiful rewards.
ReplyDeleteFaith is letting go to let God. Believing beyond doubt that it will be just fine. Stay faithful
ReplyDeleteHow i wish it was so easy to take the leap of faith. Its always the fear of the unknown that stops one. You question yourself, what if i don't make it, this is my comfort zone, i might as well stay in this zone. It takes faith and guts to take that leap. For those who already did and succeeded, kudos to them.
